We like this wedge….it’s been a lot of fun. My wife is 5’3″ and in good shape. I’m 6’2″ and lean too. I think for us this would be better if it was a couple inches shorter (less high) and appx 6+” less wide. It’s pretty wide and is in the way of my knees/legs at times…dont really need a pillow wedge much wider than hips. Other than that, it does as advertised, helping for better angles while being comfortable to use. Wife gives it thumbs up so all good for me

Talk about a game changer ! After years of using pillows, blankets or whatever we could , we got a wedge. This thing is solid! But it’s plush too! No mashing it, won’t compress into a flat pancake like a pillow. It stays in place pretty well during activities too. Easy to use and comfortable. We’ve been having fun with all the positions and even making up some of our own. It’s been a lot of fun with new sensations being felt by both of us. Me and my fiancée struggled for the longest time with painful sex and sometimes not even being able to get it in. She’s a small lady with a tilted uterus/pelvic floor(crappy gyno unfortunately so we do not know for sure). I happen to be above average as well, so that did not help. We used this and just slipped right in; with some dilator training too :). This made is so much better for my partner and she’s begun liking sex much more and we’ve made much more progress. Now we intend to buy a ramp soon, along with one of the ottoman and a sex bed :). PS: If the Liberator people see this, please keep innovating! You have helped many. This was a game changer. We absolutely love this wedge and use it all of the time. The positioning is perfect and allows us multiple angles for pleasure.
