Do you have a branch?

We are an internet shop and have a branch. All orders are sent from the warehouse and distribution center.

Can I apply to you?

We currently have no vacancies. If you want to work for us, you can contact us at any time by filling in our contact form.

Do you deliver to wholesalers?

Yes, we deliver “business to business”. If you are interested in us as a supplier, please feel free to contact us.

If I purchase large quantities of products, can I get a discount?

Yes, outside of the regular promotion and offers we offer discounts for wholesalers. For more information, please contact us!

How do you handle my personal data?

The information that you enter our customers when you place an order with us is stored in our database. We are aware that this information is strictly confidential to you. Your data will NOT be made available to third parties. They are for the sole purpose of processing your order.

Do the prices include VAT?

Yes, all prices include VAT.

How do I know that you have received my order?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an email from us with the confirmation of your order. Here you can find again the order amount, the items you ordered, your name, the shipping address and payment instructions. We never ship before payment is received.

What are the shipping and handling costs?

We charge the shipping costs of DPD / TNT / Post NL for shipping, packaging and handling of your order.

When I order a product, how long does it take to receive it?

The moment the order is received, it is handled with the greatest care. After receiving your payment, we usually ship your order within two working days. After this, depending on TNT, it will take one or two working days before your package is offered.

Is the shipment discreet, what does the package say?

We will send your order discreetly and carefully in neutral packaging. Only our name and zip code will be stated as the sender. No one (including the postman) sees what is in the package.

Who delivers the packages?

Our packages are delivered by PostNL (TNT) / DPD / DHL. This happens between 08:00 and 20:00. If you are not at home, the delivery person will leave a message stating a new delivery date or the address of the post office where you can pick up the package.

Can I return the product?

Our products cannot be returned due to hygiene. If a product is delivered defective, it can be returned unused within 14 days. We will then refund your money upon receipt.

Can I have the package delivered to a different address?

It is possible to have your order delivered to a delivery address specified by you, which is different from the billing address.

Can I determine the delivery time of the package?

All our packages are sent with TNT / DPD / DHL. We therefore have no influence on the time of delivery to the customer. If you are not at home the first time at the time of delivery, you will receive a collection message in your letterbox. This allows you to pick up the package at the nearest TNT location. One possibility (if it concerns a Dutch address) would be to use our “PakjeGemak” service. With this service it is possible to have the package delivered to one of the 2,100 service points in the Netherlands and then pick it up at a suitable time. This is often also possible in the evening.

Is it possible to collect my order from you?

Yes, this is possible. However, this only applies by telephone appointment. The order must be paid in advance in cash upon collection. Pin is not possible. If you want to pick up your order, you can indicate this when you order your order in step 1 of 3.

You can pay in different ways, namely: iDEAL, Klarna, Bank Transfer (SCT), PayPal, Bancontact, SOFORT, Giropay, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, MyBank, AMEX, Przelewy24 and MultiBanco.

My payment has not been processed on my status overview?

Payment processing can take several days. That’s because banks need several days to process the money transfer.
